• The ground floor which has shops and public areas will have glass and shop windows which are set in to the profiled wall surfaces
• The Hotel lobby is provided with two lifts and one main staircase.
• Two other staircases are also provided at the opposite end of the building of which one acts as fire escape staircase.
• The building is designed for centrally air-conditioning.
• For fire safety measures, sprinklers & smoke detectors are also provided and covers almost every part of the building.
• The façade which will have heat reflective tinted and structural glazing. Ground floor has shop fronts and other public facilities.
• There is ample space for providing hoardings, signage's and show windows above the shop front.
• The logo for mFc will be displaced on the entry to the Hotel on the arch shaped wall in a prominent manner.

It is hoped that the building will stand out as a landmark in the vicinity by virtue of its serenity / simplicity and the balanced handling of a unduly long and low rise building.

Raipur, capitol of Chattisgarh is a vast developing modern industrial town , with number of modern buildings which have come up with superior finishes. The Station Area is in heart of city and therefore well placed for buisness and travellers.

The proposed Multi-functional Complex is in continuation to the Railway Station Building and therefore deserve to be treated in a befitting manner. Our proposal for the three storeyed building, which is a very long and low rising structure is well depicted in the proposed view.
